Driven! 2013 Chevrolet Spark

We got our hands on the 2013 Chevrolet Spark to do our first ever full video review and it was a blast! Consumer Reports gave the Spark the award of one of the Top 5 New Cars To Avoid in 2013. Since it only comes in at $15,000, we thought that sounded kind of fishy. And it turns out that it was. The Spark was rated on a scale of cars industry-wide, not in its class. When we took that out of the equation and compared it to the Fiat 500 and the Scion iQ, it turned out to actually be a very good car… for $15,000.

*The one we test drove was actually $12,170 but for the extra couple thousand you get bigger wheels, the Infotainment touch screen, heated seats, and fog lamps. No performance changes are made.
