The Chevrolet Corvair was the only American made, mass produced passenger car to have a rear mounted, air cooled engine. The Corvair had a short life span and was only produced from 1960 – 1969. Although it’s a very good looking car, the Corvair suffered from a lot of controversy for its poor handling. This very clean Corvair was spotted downtown Sioux Falls, SD.
