When I went to the Canton Area Car Show last summer, I saw a car that deserved it’s own post; the iconic Shelby Cobra. The AC Cobra, as it’s technically called, was an American engineered sports car that was produced in Britain. The Cobra was produced off and on since 1962 and they have been heavily coveted ever since. Carol Shelby, the founder, has also had his hands in many other production cars, most famously in the Ford Mustang. The famous 7 liter, 427 cubic-foot Ford engine, used in many Fords, will push this small roadster to around 165 mph!
Fun Fact – Carol Shelby (founder) wanted the Cobra to be a Corvette killer.
